a) Advertising space : The facility at Nagpur provides for a total display length of 260 metres facing the grand stands, in addition to which there is an extra space for advertising on the variety of enclosures i.e. VIP enclosure, enclosure for special guests of the associates, Press and Media enclosure, Special guest enclosure.

b) Information kiosk : With a little more spending an information kiosk or information enclosure can also be arranged for promotion and distribution of the associate’s product or concept for the masses attending the event.

c) Additional prime display spaces : The prime spots for the display of the logos or monograms of the associate which are highlighted in Press as well as TV coverage are the stickers on the Karts, patches on the driver’s and track marshal’s racing suits or jackets, helmets.

d) Concept trophies : The major sponsor reserves the right of the trophies to be designed according to their liking so as to convey the sponsor’s support long after the event too.

e) Television or cable coverage : The events are telecast on the local cable networks.

f) Press coverage : The event comes with a 5 day press package in all the major news papers which includes the event built up starting from the day prior to the start of the event, the full feature on the qualifying action, the paper advertise on the Race Day in association with the sponsors and the follow up story of the whole event. A press conference is also arranged prior to the event with the associates and the organizers.

g) Event CDs : Whole of the action on the track during the event is captured on the CDs and Video tapes and distributed to the competitors and will be available at a reasonable cost to others who wish to have them. Every time a viewer views the action the sponsor gets further mileage.

h) Logo display on our website : We also provide special display space for our associate's logo and website link on the Events Calendar page for a whole season.
